Live demo of our paid engine
Quote from Photo
Send one photo of a fence line. See the kind of estimate our engine drafts in seconds — fencing first. It reads the photo like a contractor doing a first walk-through, then shows honest price ranges, not a firm quote.
Drag a photo of your fence here, or choose one below.
JPG, PNG, or WebP. Your photo is read once for the estimate and never stored.
Estimated range
Upload a photo
Upload a clear photo of the fence line and a first-pass estimate appears here — fence type, work lines, and honest price ranges.
How the estimate works
The model looks at your photo the way an estimator would on a first visit: it names the fence type and material, judges the condition and how easy the yard is to work in, and drafts the work it would take to build or replace it.
It shows ranges, not exact prices, because a single photo can’t measure the exact length, see post footings below ground, or know your local permit and material costs. Those swings are why every line is a low-to-high band and why we mark how confident the read is.
In the paid version, your own price book replaces these regional averages, so the numbers come out as your real quote — wired to your trade, your rates, and your area.
Data sources
- Gemini vision model — reads the photo (fence type, material, condition)
- Regional-average fencing price ranges — not a firm, measured quote
Want this wired to your own trade and price book?
This preview uses regional averages for fencing. We’ll set it up on your real rates, your materials, and your trade — so a photo turns into your quote, not a rough range. Tell us where to send the details.
How to get the best read
- Stand back far enough to see the whole fence line in one shot — end to end if you can. That’s how the model can guess the length.
- Shoot in daylight. A clear, well-lit photo reads far better than a dark or blurry one.
- Get the fence itself in frame — the posts, the panels, and any gate. That’s what the estimate is built from.
Common questions
- Is my photo stored anywhere?
- No. Your photo is sent once to read the fence and get the estimate back, then it’s gone. We don’t save it, and we don’t keep a copy on our end.
- Why only fencing?
- Fencing is our first trade. We’re proving the engine on one job type before we add more. The paid version already works on whatever trade you run.
- How accurate is it?
- It’s a rough first pass, not a firm quote. A photo can’t measure exact length or see below ground, so we show ranges and mark how sure the read is. Your real price book makes it exact in the paid version.
- Why is it limited to a few a day?
- This preview runs on a real vision model that costs money per photo. We cap the free previews so anyone can try it — a few per day, then it opens again tomorrow.
