Stay Ahead Tech is an independent marketing-automation company. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website handles and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you fill out a form, use the chat assistant, or ask us to contact you, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number, and details about your business. That's it. We never ask for passwords, government ID numbers, or financial account information anywhere on this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, follow up on your request, and — if you asked for it — send you the resource or worked example you requested. Contact details go into our own customer list. We don't sell or rent that list to anyone.

The chat assistant

The concierge chat is powered by AI. Messages you type are processed by the AI service that generates its replies, and conversations may be reviewed by us so we can follow up and improve answers. Please don't share sensitive personal information in chat — it's for questions about our services.

Free lookup tools

Tools like the flood-zone checker query public data sources (for example FEMA's flood maps) to answer your question on the spot. What you type into a lookup is used to run the lookup — it is not added to a marketing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Visitors are not given cookies. The only cookie on the site is a sign-in session cookie for the owner's private console, which regular visitors never touch.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that run our infrastructure — website hosting, email delivery, and the AI service behind the chat — and only as needed to operate the site. No data sales, no ad networks.

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.
